When you apply for membership we collect the details you choose to share with us: your name, age, email address, a small set of photographs, and the social profiles you submit for verification (such as Instagram and LinkedIn).

Once admitted, we store the information that allows the House to function: your profile, the conversations you exchange with other members, your preferences, and a minimal record of your activity within the club.

Your member email is used to communicate with you about your application, your membership, and the life of the club. We will never sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. Your member profile is visible only to other approved members.

Photographs you upload are stored securely and shown only inside Pera. They are not indexed by search engines, never made public, and never used in advertising. You may remove or replace them at any time.

Conversations between members are private. We do not read them, we do not train models on them, and we do not share them with third parties. Limited automated systems monitor for safety concerns such as harassment, threats, or illegal activity.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and a minimal, privacy-respecting analytics layer to understand how the club is used in aggregate. We do not employ third-party advertising trackers.

You may close your membership at any time from your settings, or by writing to us. When you do, your member profile, photographs, and personal details are permanently removed from our systems within thirty days. A minimal record may be retained where required by law.

In line with GDPR and equivalent privacy frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Requests are answered within thirty days.

Pera applies strict technical and organisational safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based internal access, regular security review, and a small, accountable team. We will notify affected members promptly in the unlikely event of a material breach.
