Terms of Service

Membership is open to considered adults aged twenty-five and over. By applying, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you submit is truthful and your own.

Pera is invitation-only. Every application is reviewed by the House. We do not disclose the criteria of our admissions process, and acceptance or refusal remains entirely at our discretion.

An accepted application grants you a personal, non-transferable membership. It may not be lent, sold, or assigned to another person.

Members are expected to behave with courtesy, restraint and good faith. The atmosphere of the club is its principal asset, and every member is its custodian.

The House reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke a membership where a member breaches these terms, behaves in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of Pera, or causes harm to other members. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason; where confidentiality requires otherwise, we will not.

Harassment of any kind is grounds for immediate removal. Fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing, undisclosed commercial activity and the misuse of another member's identity are equally unacceptable.

A refusal of contact, an unanswered message and a declined invitation are answers in themselves. Members are asked to receive them with grace.

Photographs, biographies and messages that violate the law, infringe the rights of others, or breach our Community Guidelines may be edited or removed. Where content is removed, the member responsible will be informed.

Membership is sold as a one-time access pass for a fixed number of days (30, 90, 180 or 365, depending on the plan chosen). Each purchase is a single charge in GBP — there is no automatic renewal and no recurring subscription. Membership access expires at the end of the selected period; to continue, members may return to the Membership page and purchase another pass at any time. The price, duration and total amount are presented clearly before any charge is taken. Pera does not store payment card details directly; payments are handled by accredited processors.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to members in advance; continued use of the club after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
